Summary of Accomplishments

Administered and led translation of a web application from one “universal parent” into 5 languages in 12 countries. Also improved the process of reviewing and debugging the resulting application by analyzing and adjusting the team's workflow.
Coded artistic marketing sites into HTML preserving the artists work while also fostering a high level of usability, thereby enabling a small firm in MA to gain high profile clients in NY.
Took a lead role in hiring, training and project managing three HTML programmers to aid in the translation and localization processes.
Cut file sizes by 50% and enhanced the maintainability of a 1,500+ page web application by taking a significant role in the migration from an HTML 4.0 table layout to an XHTML 1.0 Transitional CSS layout.
